WORKOUT #2 ft. PT Frederico Barata

Hey!
Here's the perfect workout for you! It does not matter if you are a beginner or not, if you workout at a gym or wherever, this workout is for everyone! This workout is for you!


Our goal was to create a workout adaptable for everyone!
It is a full body workout and all the material needed can be switched with everyday items, don't worry I will give you some tips ate the end of the post.
For some exercises I will also tell you the beginner's option!


Warm Up:
*30'' Running in place
*30'' Jumping Jacks
*30'' Squat with jump
*30'' Mountain Climbers
Repeat 4x the circuit
Running in place + Jumping Jacks
Squat with jump




















Mountain Climbers
Workout:
*45'' Squat with Bicep Curl
*45'' Lunge with Shoulder Press (beginner level without step)
*45'' Burpees with Step (advanced level without step)
*45'' Push up with Mountain Climbers (advanced level without step)
*45'' Row with dumbbell

Repeat 3x the circuit
Lunge with Shoulder Press
Squat with Bicep Curl




Burpees with step



Push up with Mountain Climbers





































Row with dumbbell

Treino:
*45'' Sit Ups
*45'' Russian Twist
*45'' Bike Abs
Repeat 4x the circuit
Sit Ups

Russian twist

Bike Abs


Replacements for at home workout:
* Step = Stairs = Sofa
* Dumbbells = Bottle with sand = be creative!
